In a galaxy at war, betrayal comes from a brother who appears in the form of a foe. When Fait is captured and tortured by a fellow Allied Republic fighter, he looks to his general, a White Mage, for help. He begins to notice a physical and mental change in himself and sets out to find the truth behind the treachery that has set off a chain of events affecting everyone in the galaxy.

There are so many things I can touch on, so many of my favorite parts and scenes. The book is full of action, wonderful characters (if there is one thing these authors can write, they do their characters brilliantly) and epic world building. – Megan
